What's Included:
1) The accommodation as described, electricity, water, final cleaning and laundry. Use of the pools and other communal areas
2) Keys are either sent in advance by post or are delivered by a local managing agent for airport pick-ups, he will escort you to the apartment . The local agent is available in all cases for any help, advice or lock-outs.

What's Not Included:
1) Beach or pool towels.
2) Transfers to and from the airport.
3) Any food or drinks.

Additional Services:
1) Collection/transfer from Alicante (45 Euro each way), and Murcia (35 Euro each way) 2008 prices, these may be varied for 2009.
2) Negotiable rates for longer term lets of up to 3 months.

Terms and Conditions:
1) Prices quoted are for the rental of the apartment per week.
2) Provisional bookings will be held for 7 days - £50 per week deposit secures the booking. Balance to be paid with the damage and key deposit 4 weeks before the booking commences.
3) UK addresses, phone numbers and flight details are required to process the booking.
4) Normal check in time is 3.00 PM, check out time 10.00 AM but this can be varied with prior approval.
5) Only the numbers booked are allowed to stay, this can be changed with prior approval.
6) As this is also a residential complex, please no loud music or noise after 11.00 PM.
7) It is your responsibility to ensure that you have adequate travel and medical insurance.
8) Sorry - no pets allowed and no smoking unless outside.
9) We request a £75.00 key, damage and breakage deposit but guests can opt to replace any breakages and should contact our agent on site if advice is necessary.
10) Anti social behaviour within the apartment or the complex will not be tolerated and may result in the termination of your stay. This is for the benefit of the majority.
11) Payment of the deposit is considered to be acceptance of the conditions.

Cancellation:
Deposit not refundable (but can be transferred).
Balance is 100% refundable up to 4 weeks prior, 50% refundable up to 2 wks prior
